Included in your clinic:
You want to improve your riding but you feel like....
You and your horse are more stiff and braced at the end of your rides than when you started!
You're struggling to implement the correct biomechanics, that you know are important, into your riding...
You ARE taking lessons and clinics, only to be putting a bandage on a symptom, never getting to the cause....
You fear you may be ruining your horse's training & breaking your horse down, not building him up....
You are STILL struggling to sit the trot and bouncing around in the canter...
You know how you feel but what is it doing to your horse??!!
Here is what your will gain & learn..
Enhance your body awareness
during your rides
Have clear markers for self-correction and independent assessment
Start to create a tool box of multidimensional exercises for improved well-being
for both you and your horse
Confidence to track your own progress and experience joy in your daily riding
Support to transition to your discipline-specific training, bringing along your new found awareness
"Discovering the transformative power of correct body mechanics has been a game-changer for my older horse. I never imagined he could feel this good again! By addressing my own imbalances and removing obstacles that were impeding his movement, he now navigates with ease. Our rides have become a joyous experience, and both of us are genuinely happier. Grateful for the journey of learning and improvement!" - Sue & Tom
I can help.. because I have been there too
Hello, I'm Regina Staples. I began my riding career in the jumping arena and later became a dedicated instructor and lifelong student of classical training. Focused on body awareness and healthy movement, I realized that sometimes received instructions hinder rather than help, distancing us from our riding goals.
A personal journey stemming from a major riding injury, which could have led me to give up what I love, has shaped my approach.
I've successfully assisted numerous committed riders in improving their skills and creating harmony in the saddle, benefiting both them and their horses.
My aim is to share insights gained from overcoming challenges, helping you continue your passion for riding. Whether you're a young or older athlete, our movements impact our horses.
I'm here to guide you through a transformative process that goes beyond riding technique—it's about creating a fulfilling and lasting partnership with your horse.
